REFUNDS

  • If a printing mistake is made on our end, we will replace the item free of charge.
  • All custom/personalized/food grade items are non-refundable.
  • Please note that we do our best to represent colors in all of our product photos and proofs, but due to browser and monitor settings, colors may vary from your computer screen to the print item(s).
  • It is the customer's responsibility to order the product(s) in time for the event by taking into consideration the proof time, turnaround time + shipping time. Refunds will not be issued for this reason.
  • In order to guarantee to our customers that all food grade items are new and unused these items cannot be returned, even if unopened. This includes (but isn’t limited to) paper straws, paper plates, cups (of any kind), napkins, cupcake supplies, cake toppers, candles, favor bags, cello bags, and stir sticks.
  • Requests for returns must be made within 5 calendar days of receiving an item. Once received, in new, unused condition, we will issue a refund for the item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees and for your protection, we recommend you obtain a tracking number for the package.
  • Returns are at our discretion.

DAMAGED ITEMS

  • Once orders are placed in the mail it becomes the responsibility of USPS/FedEx/UPS. If the shipping carrier damages or loses the package, WildHaven Studio is not liable for the loss. WildHaven Studio does not offer refunds on such items.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe place for packages to be delivered. Any stolen or lost package claims are between the customer and the shipping carrier - USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If we have not started on your order, there will be no charge and we will refund your entire purchase in full. If we have started the designing / drawing, or have sent you a proof for approval, there is a charge of $15. If we have received your final proof approval, you will be responsible for the entire order cost as the item is already in production.
  • If a non-customized order is cancelled before it has been placed into production, there will be no charge and we will refund your entire purchase. 
  • WildHaven Studio reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. If an order has been placed and the customer does not respond within 2 weeks to the proof email, the order will automatically be cancelled - minus the $15 proof charge. We will make every attempt to contact the customer during this period.
  • Due to the customization of these items, it is imperative that the seller is able to reach the customer after purchase with any questions or concerns regarding the order. If no response from the customer within 2 weeks, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order and provide the customer with a full refund - minus the $15 proof charge if applicable.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to measure their items accurately before placing an order for products.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to order the product in time for the wedding or event, taking into consideration production and shipping time.
