Envelope printing includes return address on the back flap, and guest addressing on the front. For RSVP envelopes, the Return Address is printed on the front. An address template is provided to you with your purchase.

Invitation Details

5x7 Invitation -- Printed on Ebony cardstock with white ink.
4x6 Details Card + 5x3.5 RSVP Card -- Printed on white, 100lb Matte cardstock.
A7 Ebony envelopes + RSVP White envelopes are included with your purchase. Envelope liners are not included and must be purchased separately.

Printed Envelopes + Address Printing

A7 Ebony Envelopes come with an affixed white label with printed Guest + Return addresses wrapped around the envelope, as shown in photo.
If you would like white ink printed directly onto the envelopes, please also purchase this additional service by following this link -- White Ink Printing.
RSVP White Envelopes feature black ink with Return Address printed directly onto the front of the envelope.
Address printing includes return address on the back flap of the envelope, and guest addressing on the front. For RSVP envelopes, the Return Address is printed on the front.

If you choose to have your envelopes addressed, please email the filled out Address List to us within 2 business days after purchase. Any delay in this step will also delay shipping.

Personalization

After your order is placed, you will receive a Personalization Form via e-mail to provide wedding details. You may also fill out the form using the link below.

Your personalized details will be automatically sent to us once the form is submitted.

Receiving Your Proof

After we have received your Personalizations, we will get to work on your design and deliver a mocked up proof directly to your inbox!

The proof will be sent to the customer's email that is provided within 72 business hours.

If you have not received a proof within this time frame, please check your Junk or Spam folders.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the proof, as we are human & can make mistakes!

Please look for design, spelling, dates, locations and colors to be sure that everything is correct before approving!

Once the proof is approved by the customer, the item will go to production and no other changes may be made.

Turnaround Time

A proof will be sent within 3 business days, and must be approved within 48 hours. Print/production turnaround time is 5 business days, plus USPS / UPS Ground shipping is 2-3 business days to most U.S. locations.

We recommend ordering well in advance to allow extra time, as we are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier.

Returns + Exchanges

If a printing mistake is made on our end, we will replace the item free of charge.
All custom/personalized/food grade/digital items are non-refundable.
Please note that we do our best to represent colors in all of our product photos and proofs, but due to browser and monitor settings, colors may vary from your computer screen to the print item(s).
It is the customer's responsibility to order the product(s) in time for the event by taking into consideration the proof time, turnaround time + shipping time. Refunds will not be issued for this reason.
In order to guarantee to our customers that all food grade items are new and unused these items cannot be returned, even if unopened. This includes (but isn’t limited to) paper straws, paper plates, cups (of any kind), napkins, cupcake supplies, cake toppers, candles, favor bags, cello bags, and stir sticks.
Requests for returns must be made within 5 calendar days of receiving an item. Once received, in new, unused condition, we will issue a refund for the item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees and for your protection, we recommend you obtain a tracking number for the package.
Returns are at our discretion.
