A proof will be sent within 3 business days, and must be approved within 48 hours. Print/production turnaround time is 5 business days, plus USPS / UPS Ground shipping is 2-3 business days to most U.S. locations.

We recommend ordering well in advance to allow extra time, as we are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier.

This is a fully editable template, which is editable via Canva and does not require extra programs, software, fonts or other downloads. The finished template is downloadable with a bleed and cut marks, making it easy to print at home or with a professional print service.

All editing can be done from your browser on a desktop through Canva.com. Mobile editing is possible but not recommended for ease of use.

All fonts are provided + instructions are included.

You can download the finished template as many times as you'd like, and the template never expires. Edit as many times as you need!

• All custom/personalized/food grade/digital items are non-refundable.
• Please note that we do our best to represent colors in all of our product photos and proofs, but due to browser and monitor settings, colors may vary from your computer screen to the print item(s).
• It is the customer's responsibility to order the product(s) in time for the event by taking into consideration the proof time, turnaround time + shipping time. Refunds will not be issued for this reason.
• In order to guarantee to our customers that all food grade items are new and unused these items cannot be returned, even if unopened. This includes (but isn’t limited to) paper straws, paper plates, cups (of any kind), napkins, cupcake supplies, cake toppers, candles, favor bags, cello bags, and stir sticks.
• Requests for returns must be made within 5 calendar days of receiving an item. Once received, in new, unused condition, we will issue a refund for the item.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees and for your protection, we recommend you obtain a tracking number for the package.
• Returns are at our discretion.
